Are you insured?

Northern Tier Hydro Wash is a fully insured exterior cleaning company. We carry insurance to protect the work that we do on your home or companies exterior. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to make things right.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, during service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like strangers at your home. It is best if pets are kept inside during the cleaning operations. Our cleaners that we use are safe for your pets and we ensure the areas are washed away during the final rinsing .

How long does the process take?

Most one story homes can be washed in about 1 hour. A 2-story moderate home takes around 2 hours and some larger homes around 2.5 hours. Cleaning of decks, sidewalks, retaining walls, driveways or other structures on the property may add addition time based on project size and staff on site.

Do you need to use my water?

We bring some water to your home with our onboard water system. Our company needs to hook to your water supply to replenish our water during the process. If you don't have a water hook up, we can arrange for us to haul the water at a small additional charge.

Are my plants safe during the cleaning?

We know the value and beauty of your outside plantings. Our company takes all appropriate measures to ensure your flowers, shrubs, and trees are safe. The soaps used are safe for most all plantings. In some applications certain species are covered for their protection. Our trained staff identify these in advance.
